My wedding planner services are as individual as each bride and groom. Therefore, first of all: Congratulations on the engagement. You have taken the first step towards a bond that will last a lifetime. Now it’s time to start planning your wedding and create a wonderful celebration with family and friends. Location, music, photography, decoration, rings, stationery… this list could go on forever.
Bad news: lots of choices + lots of appointments = absolutely overwhelming.
Good news: that’s absolutely normal.
Such an important event is not planned just like that, but somehow you still want to do as much as possible yourself. That’s exactly why I offer you the right balance and mainly take the time-consuming work off your hands. Your wedding, your decisions combined with my help & expertise. Let’s see what I can do for you. All wedding planner services are accompanied by a non-binding and free of charge meeting.
Full Service Planning

It’s on! You’re engaged, want to start planning your wedding and want support from the beginning? I am very happy to be your support in all matters. We will realize your wishes together and I will simplify the road to your dream wedding. The following services are included:
- Assessment of needs
- Cost planning
- Wedding concept
- Time schedule
- Service provider recommendations & overall coordination
- Final agreements
The billing is based on your budget for the wedding and is no secret. My fee is 15% of your total budget. If there are services that are not included in the package, they will be charged according to the current price list.

We’ll define my scope of work in advance and calculate very simply with an hourly rate of € 90,- (incl. VAT 19%) or according to the current price list.

Busy bee! You have planned your wedding to the last detail and your wedding day is just around the corner? Most important is that you enjoy your wedding day with all your guests, so let me take over all the coordination during this wonderful day. The following services are included:
- First meeting
- Draw up a detailed time schedule for you & service providers
- 7 hours on site to coordinate the entire process with service providers & guests
- Initial contact person for all concerns on site
The package price is € 750,- (incl. VAT 19%). Separately requested services will be charged separately with an hourly rate of € 90,- (incl. VAT 19%).
